Kizomba with Flair Pop-Up
Join us for this pop-up class designed specifically for Kizomba improvers who want to add more flair to their dancing! Learn techniques that will improve your musicality, enhance your personal style, and double your fun on the dancefloor.
Pre-requisite: Beginner Kizomba Pop-Up or foundational knowledge of Kizomba.
Afro-Latin Night
Join us on Saturday, May 25th for our Afro-Latin Night. We’ll kick things off with an African dance class, followed by a three-hour social where you’ll enjoy a mix of Kizomba, Salsa, Dominican Bachata, Afro, and Cha Cha. Beginners welcome. $15.
Beginner Kizomba Pop-Up
Join us for this pop-up class designed specifically for Kizomba beginners! Build a solid foundation in a fun and a focused environment. Also a great opportunity for those familiar with Kizomba to consolidate their technique and add new dimensions to their movement.
African Dance Workshop

Groove & Flow Hip-Hop Intensive
Join us for an intensive Hip-Hop dance workshop that will elevate your skills and style on the dance floor. Led by Charles Maina, an accomplished dancer with over 20 years’ experience teaching and competing in Hip-Hop, this immersive experience will develop your groove, flow, and technique through a series of dynamic exercises.

African Dance
The connection between African dance and Afro-Cuban dance is rooted in historical and cultural exchanges between Africans and Americans, particularly during the Transatlantic Slave Trade. African slaves brought their dance and musical traditions to the Caribbean, including Cuba, where they intermingled with local influences, giving rise to Afro-Cuban dances. Solina Social
Dance the night away at the beautiful Solina Community Hall! Join us for introductory Kizomba class at 6:30 p.m. before we kick off the social at 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a vibrant music mix of 50% salsa, 20% bachata, 20% kizomba, and 10% cha cha and merengue. $15 cover at the door.
